Who we are:
Programme Director: Julie Cooper (Adv DipEVG, Cert ACE, BPS:RQTU)
Julie is an enthusiastic, good humoured trainer, facilitator and coach who consistently receives excellent feedback from delegates. She is an innovative professional with expertise in, and enthusiasm for, lifelong learning and professional development issues. She has a special interest in helping others develop one to one skills, such as mentoring, coaching, people management and handling difficult conversations.
Her areas of expertise include management and leadership development, 360 feedback, guidance and interview techniques. 20 years consultancy experience has been gained through working within a broad range of public and private sector companies.
In addition to offering lively training and focused coaching, Julie is available to speak at your conference or event.

Senior Associate Sarah Triandafillidis
With more than 20 year’s experience in OD, Talent Development and L&D roles, Sarah has significant experience in designing and running bespoke leadership and talent programmes. Her other areas of expertise include culture and change management.
A warm, engaging and insightful trainer, she frequently receives excellent feedback and follow-on work from her clients. She is also a very experienced coach, providing senior level staff with the opportunity to work through change and challenges in a supportive environment. .
Sarah has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She is recognised for building trust and adopting a flexible approach to clients’ needs. She has strong people management experience and a proven track record in pragmatic problem solving, and creative thinking
Sarah is also qualified to deliver the following psychometric assessments: Saville Wave Performance 360, MBTI, Insights Discovery, FIRO-B, Hogan Personality Inventory.
Senior Associate Sarah Lees
Sarah has a combined honours degree in Psychology and Sociology and a Diploma in Human Resource Development. She has 30 years experience of workforce development, covering all aspects of getting the best from staff, from training needs analysis and assessment through to designing effective and pragmatic solutions.
Sarah has excellent facilitation and training skills, a calm manner and positive approach. Her Previous roles have included Training Manager and Head of Training and Development for Connexions. She has also been Practice Lecturer at Thames Valley University.
Senior Associate Diane Garriock Smith
Diane’s first degree was a BA in Psychology from Stirling University. She worked as an Occupational Psychologist in the Civil Service for several years, specialising in psychometric assessment and occupational guidance. After this she held several posts within the public and charitable sectors, working primarily as an Organisational Development Consultant focusing on executive learning and development, with specialist skills in the areas of leadership and management development.
After completing an MA (Distinction) in Organisational Behaviour and Change Management she was employed by large FTSE 100 organisations as an internal Organisational Development Consultant. The majority of her work was involved with organisational change including cultural change, leadership development and talent management, using her considerable expertise in assessment/development centre methodology, competency development, 360 degree assessment and executive coaching.
Diane is an innovative and enthusiastic specialist in the field of Organisational Development, Leadership, Management and Talent Development: combining 25 years’ experience in the provision of organisational development services with strong commercial acumen.
From 2003 until July 2014 Diane worked as an Executive Development Director for Cranfield School of Management’s Centre for Customised Executive Development and has experience of working with many organisations, in a variety of sectors, developing effective customised programmes. This includes feedback and executive coaching to senior teams; coaching to support change within that client organisation and enhancing both personal and organisational development.
Associate Jeremy Renals
His career combines writing and training. His experience includes working as a Lecturer at Oxford Business College, Tutor, Technical Copywriter, Bid Writer and Editor. He has earned much praise for his ability to transform challenging documents into clear, accessible English.
Jeremy is now offering workshops to help others learn how to edit their own work so that documents, whether they are reports, web pages or white papers, are easily understood and hit the mark.
