Whether a company wants every manager to have access to Face to Face in the Workplace, or a training organisation wants all its delegates to have access to The One to One Toolkit, sometimes we get bulk book orders.
To make it easier for all your people to have access, our books are now available under an annual licence for less than the price of an ebook for each user.
What are the benefits of a book licence?
For example, if one of your managers wants to highlight a topic to their team ahead of a meeting, they could ask everyone to read a Good Practice section of Face to Face in the Workplace and think about how it could be implemented. This could cut down on discussion time as they’ll have the same starting point and some underpinning knowledge.
If you have inhouse trainers, they could assign background reading ahead of training delivery so that delegates arrive informed, then use the content for exercises and discussion. This might cut down on the length of the session.
If you have people doing ILM or CMI (management) or IAG (Information, Advice and Guidance) qualifications, our books are often on recommended reading lists, so you can support their learning by giving them access to the titles.
How a Book Licence Works
The annual licence releases PDF version of the book which you can upload to your own IT system. The price of the licence depends on how many individuals will be able to access it, and how many titles you’d like them to benefit from. Please ask if you’d like a quote
Of course, paperback and ebook versions are still available from all the usual places. There are free sample chapters for all titles too (you can find them on each book’s page here)
Please contact me if you have questions or would like to see a copy of the Licence Agreement.
