Julie is an enthusiastic, good humoured trainer, facilitator and coach who consistently receives excellent feedback from delegates. She is an innovative professional with expertise in, and enthusiasm for, lifelong learning and professional development issues. She has a special interest in helping others develop one to one skills, such as mentoring, coaching, people management and handling difficult conversations.
Her areas of expertise include management and leadership development, 360 feedback, guidance and interview techniques. 20 years consultancy experience has been gained through working within a broad range of public and private sector companies.
